Our stay at Presidio Parkway Inn was very nice. I chose this hotel because of the area and pictures of the room from Booking.com . When we arrived I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was on the top floor which for us, meant carrying our suitcases up the staircases - we pressed the button for the lift but nothing happened - we waited and still nothing so in the end we just carried our baggage up the three flights of stairs. The room was just like the picture - we took a room with two double beds - the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom overall was clean but the shower floor looked like it needed a good scrub - but that was only a minor thing for me, although the rest of my family weren't too impressed. There was only one small shower shelf withing the shower which meant our own shampoos and shower gels kept falling down. Shower gels were provided upon request. Clean towels and fresh linen were also provided upon request. There was a tea/coffee maker but no kettle. There was a hair dryer and ironing board provided too. There was also a microwave and refrigerator which were very handy. The TV was good. The wifi was ok but not great. We would get sporadic connection to wifi and usually only if we stood close to the main front door. The beds were quite high up but comfy overall. The a/c in the room was good. Breakfast was between 8am and 10am and comprised only of fresh orange juice or apple juice - (the orange juice was very nice) - and some pre-packaged pastry items (which I didn't have). Plastic cups and spoons were provided. The location was really great - we were not far from the Golden Gate Bridge and Crissy Beach (both just a short bus ride and walk away) - The Palace of fine Arts was also nearby - within walking distance (about 10 mins or so if you're a medium paced walker like me).

the staff was very kind, though a little confused by questions i.e. late check-out. the room was clean, but the TV didnt have a Sleep button and was having some issues. not the biggest deal, but if anyone else is like me and falls asleep to ambient noise, it's a bit annoying. the location cannot be beat. i took a morning run through the presidio and was able to commute from the airport and to the Inn entirely on public transit which was massively convenient.

The hotel was really nice when we first entered. It has everything my family and I needed. It’s clean and spacious. We got a room facing the street so we were able to open the windows and enjoy a nice breeze and a nice view. It was very enjoyable to hang out by the window. Traffic wasn’t very loud and we could see the tip of the Golden Gate Bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And this is where we will go back to when we visit San Francisco

Early check-in was granted at no extra charge. , guys at the reception were really helpful. Grab&go breakfast was good. Parking slots are limited but few were always available for guests. Elevator makes getting luggage up easy. Nicely decorated rooms with all needed amenities, enough space for a family. The cleaning lady deserves a special praise, the room was perfectly cleaned and tidy, all supplies were replenished, she did a great job!

The location was excellent and communication with staff was very accommodating, especially since I had made an error and reserved two rooms. Then my booking was not confirmed with my card on the website at bookings.com The front desk manager handled everything personally, assuring me not to worry and allowed me to rest and wait in the room assigned.
